14                Divide Decimals by Decimals

    1. You can not have a decimal divisor.

   2.Multiply the divisor by the power of 10 to remove the decimal from the divisor.

   3. Multiply diviend by the same power of 10.

    4. Follow ruless for dividing including bring up decimal.
