Hi I'm Brittney. Adding whole numbers is easy. Here are some steps to help.

1.Line up your digits by place value or at the decimal point. 

2.Add after filling any empty space with zeros, drop decimals.

         Here's an example:1.    5,724.04

                                         +  3,580.09     Hope that helped you to add whole numbers!!
